James Berger named Lawyer on the Fast Track by 2023 California Legal Awards

Partner James Berger (Los Angeles) was selected as a winner of the 2023 California Legal Awards in the category of Lawyers on the Fast Track (under 40) by The Recorder, marking his second consecutive year receiving this award.
The Lawyers on the Fast Track category recognizes California's next generation of legal leaders, selected based on nominations and evaluations by an impartial panel of judges made up of members of the California legal community.
Berger represents clients in the acquisition, development and financing of renewable energy, hydrogen and energy storage projects throughout the US. A valuable member of the firm's projects team, he regularly works on novel transactions, such as multiple financings of merchant battery energy storage portfolios, and a solar production tax credit financing enabled by the Inflation Reduction Act.
The California Legal Awards honor the achievements of lawyers and companies leading technology, innovation and the profession as a whole. Winners will be celebrated at the California Legal Awards ceremony in November.
