United States Press release - Recognition February 2025

Three Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers have been selected for the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders Programs. New York partner David Moreno will participate in the 2025 Fellows Program and Wenda Tang (New York) and Olivia Roberts (Houston) were selected for the Pathfinders Program.

Recognized within their organizations as deeply engaged, emerging leaders, the LCLD Fellows Program provides professional and personal development to these high-potential, midcareer lawyers. The Pathfinders program, designed for rising stars early in their careers, provides foundational leadership guidance and tools for establishing internal and external networks.

During the year-long programs, Fellows and Pathfinders receive leadership training, relationship-building resources and access to LCLD members for mentorship and guidance. The programs create opportunities for participants to interact with legal leaders and form successful career development strategies.

Founded in 2009 by the country’s leading general counsel and law firm managing partners, the LCLD is comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and managing partners who are dedicated to contributing to diversity in the legal industry.
