Firm named among Houston Business Journal’s 2023 Diversity in Business Award honorees

The Houston Business Journal has recognized Norton Rose Fulbright as an "outstanding diverse organization" in the publication's 2023 Diversity in Business Awards.

Norton Rose Fulbright is one of 31 companies demonstrating themselves as leaders in promoting and advancing diversity. The companies, along with diversity-focused business professionals, will be honored at the Houston Business Journal's 2023 Diversity in Business Awards on March 30. The honorees will also be featured in a special publication in the March 31 weekly edition of the Houston Business Journal.

Norton Rose Fulbright is listed in the "outstanding diverse organizations" category, which features "for-profit or nonprofit organizations that have contributed to harnessing diversity within their workforces and actively taken the lead to promote and champion the business case for diversity within the community or their industries."

Norton Rose Fulbright was one of five law firms to make the list of companies honored by the publication, including just three Am Law 100 firms.

Introduced in 2017, the Houston Business Journal's Diversity in Business Awards program recognizes "individuals and companies who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in business leadership and who bolster equality across all areas of diversity; including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion."
