Norton Rose Fulbright represents Rush Enterprises in joint venture with Cummins Inc.

Norton Rose Fulbright represented longtime client Rush Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: Rush) in the formation of a joint venture involving the sale of 50 percent equity interest in Momentum Fuel Technologies to Cummins Inc. A division of Rush, Momentum Fuel Technologies is the industry's first complete compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel system solution for Class 6-8 vehicles.

The newly formed joint venture will produce Cummins-branded natural gas fuel delivery systems for the commercial vehicle market in North America and offer aftermarket support through Rush Truck Centers dealerships and Cummins distributors.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Daryl Lansdale (San Antonio and Austin) and consisted of Charlese Hord (New York), Madison Keeble (Austin), Jennifer Zhang (Dallas), Michael Flamenbaum (New York) and Mike Stimson (Austin).
