Profiles in Diversity Journal recognizes firm with Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award

Profiles in Diversity Journal has honored the firm with its Annual International Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award.

Now in its twentieth year, the award is honoring Norton Rose Fulbright along with 10 other organizations that have developed effective and innovative efforts to solve challenges and improve diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

The award, which focuses on major enhancements within the past five years that have demonstrated ingenuity and are set up to have a measurable impact, lauds the Norton Rose Fulbright Minority Equity Council (MEC) and the Women in Norton Rose Fulbright (WiN) Council.

Together with the firm's diversity networks, these councils play a key role in identifying improvements in recruiting, retaining and promoting diverse and female lawyers and business services professionals at the firm.

Our diversity councils and networks support our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and help us to explore new pathways for the success and advancement of all personnel," said US chief of diversity, equity and inclusion Katherine Tapley.

Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to "promoting and advancing diversity, inclusion and equity in the corporate, government, nonprofit, STEM and higher education sectors." The Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award recipients will appear in the next edition of the publication and on its website in December.
