Norton Rose Fulbright US Head of Transport named among 2024 "Top 10 maritime lawyers"

Lloyd’s List has named Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Head of Transport Brian Devine on its 2024 "Top 10 maritime lawyers" list.

The recognition is part of the 15^th edition of One Hundred People, an annual ranking of the most prominent leaders shaping the shipping industry. The Top 10 lists are compiled by the Lloyd’s List editorial team and Lloyd’s Law Reports, a comprehensive legal archive focused on maritime and commercial law.

Brian’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and borrowers, with a particular emphasis on maritime related assets. He counsels clients in the US and internationally (including the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Liberia) in areas such as: finance and security arrangements; insolvency matters; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; debt and equity offerings; sale and purchase; international commercial transactions and disputes; and corporate governance and structure.
