Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Dealmakers in America list recognizes US lawyers who are among the top dealmakers in their practice area, including M&A, corporate, securities, private equity, tax, real estate, tech transactions and licensing, healthcare, life sciences and more.
The 2025 guide is 33 percent female and 20 percent inclusive. Lawdragon, a legal media company providing online news and editorial features, selects honorees through combination of journalistic research, nominations and peer-vetting.
