Norton Rose Fulbright achieves Mansfield Rule Certification 4.0 for diverse leadership
United States | Press release - Recognition | September 17, 2021
Diversity Lab announced that Norton Rose Fulbright has earned Mansfield Rule Certification 4.0 and Mansfield Certification Plus status, which are benchmarks that represent law firm success in promoting underrepresented lawyers and considering them for promotion to leadership and other key positions.
The Mansfield Rule Certification 4.0 measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30 percent women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities and senior lateral positions.
This status means that by meeting or exceeding the pipeline certification requirements for Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification, Norton Rose Fulbright successfully achieved at least 30 percent diverse lawyer representation in many leadership roles and committees.
Norton Rose Fulbright has continued its commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion within the firm and the community. The firm was one of the first to achieve Mansfield Rule Certification 3.0 and Mansfield Certification Plus status in 2020, and Mansfield Rule Certification 2.0 and Certification Plus status in 2019.
