M&A team advises Aeries Technology on merger with Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp.

A cross-office corporate, M&A and securities team recently advised Aeries Technology (Aeries) on its combination with Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.

Aeries, a global professional management services partner for businesses in transformation mode and their stakeholders, currently has a roster of more than 30 clients throughout the US and other international markets. The company offers a variety of consulting services with a focus on tech spaces, including software, cybersecurity, IT and digital transformation services.

Following the approval of the business combination, Aeries is now trading as a public company, allowing for the company's accelerated growth and expansion. Aeries has entered into binding non-redemption and equity purchase agreements with plans to continue the enactment of its organic growth and M&A strategy.
