Mary Young recognized among Top Women in Law by Minnesota Lawyer

Minneapolis Partner-in-Charge Mary Young has been selected by Minnesota Lawyer to its inaugural Top Women in Law list.

This award highlights women who have become leaders in their practice areas and made an impact  through mentorship, nonprofit work, education and professional excellence. Honorees were selected through a nomination process and chosen based on "the core principles of leadership, professionalism, accomplishment and passion for making a difference."

Young represents clients in complex products liability, consumer fraud class actions, mass torts and commercial litigation cases across the United States, serving as national counsel and national coordinating counsel for several Fortune 500 companies.

Young is passionate about diversity and creating meaningful opportunities for women litigators. She has made positive impacts both through her work with the firm and her service within the Minnesota community, and she describes her pro bono work as a member of the prosecution team on the State v. Chauvin case as the most meaningful and important work of her career.

Honorees will be celebrated at an event in Minneapolis on October 26 and featured in a special edition of Minnesota Lawyer.
