Norton Rose Fulbright, seven US lawyers among 2023 top PTAB practitioners

Norton Rose Fulbright and US Head of IP Transactions and Patents, Eagle Robinson, have been recognized in Patexia's PTAB 2023 Intelligence Report, with the firm ranked among the top 50 for the most active law firms and Eagle ranked as a top 10 best performing lawyer in PTAB trials representing petitioners before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in 2023.
Robinson, whose practice focuses on PTAB trials and providing strategic IP guidance, was additionally ranked in the top 50 best performing attorneys overall and top 50 most active attorneys representing petitioners, as well as among the top most-active attorneys overall.
Patexia also recognized the outstanding performance of the following US attorneys in rankings accompanying the report:

The PTAB Intelligence Report, expanded this year from the IPR Intelligence Report, covers a broader spectrum of proceedings including the addition of Post-Grant Review (PGR), Covered Business Method (CBM) and Derivative (DER) proceedings over a five-year period.
Patexia, which provides analysis of patent and lawsuit data and analysis of the IP sector, analyzed the performance and activity of law firms in all PTAB proceedings, comparing and providing rankings for the top firms and lawyers representing petitioners and patent owners.
