Norton Rose Fulbright and four US intellectual property lawyers are ranked in the sixth annual IPR Intelligence Report, with the firm ranked in the top firms representing petitioners or patent owners in Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings in 2022.

The IPR Intelligence Report is based on information from the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, PACER and lawyers' self-reports on the Patexia website over a five-year period.
Patexia, which provides analysis of patent and lawsuit data and analysis of the IP sector, analyzed the performance and activity of law firms in IPR proceedings, comparing and providing rankings for the top firms representing petitioners and patent owners.
