Norton Rose Fulbright receives Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award from Profiles in Diversity Journal

Profiles in Diversity Journal has honored Norton Rose Fulbright with the Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award for its dedication to developing the individual growth of the lawyers and business professionals at the firm.

The 21^st annual awards program recognized only four organizations for their innovative efforts to solve challenges and improve diversity, equity and inclusion through impactful initiatives.

The firm was selected for its individual sponsorship and mentorship programs, designed to cultivate unique goals, track performance and identify roadblocks for each participant. The programs reflect Norton Rose Fulbright’s commitment to continuously identify ways to improve recruiting, retention and advancement of lawyers and Business Services professionals with diverse experiences at the firm.

Since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal has remained dedicated to advancing diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace. Recipients of the Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion Award will appear in the publication’s next quarterly issue in December.
