Aimeé Vidaurri named to San Antonio Business Journal’s 2024 40 Under 40 list

Senior associate Aimeé Vidaurri (San Antonio) has been honored with the San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award in the legal and finance category.

The award recognizes rising stars among San Antonio professionals who are under 40 years of age. Honorees were selected for their distinguished leadership and commitment to foster growth and development in San Antonio.

Vidaurri, an integral part of Norton Rose Fulbright’s commercial litigation team, is a seasoned advocate and trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court and arbitrations. She is experienced in resolving complex commercial disputes efficiently with a focus on business and enterprise goals. Her areas of expertise range from contract disputes, antitrust cases, the energy industry, class actions and the financial industry.

Vidaurri has a remarkable commitment to the advancement and development of those around her. At the firm, she dedicates time to mentoring and sponsoring younger talent, providing insight and guidance in growth and development opportunities. In the community, she is a mentor in various organizations through her Alma Maters, Trinity University and the University of Texas School of Law. She has also created an intersection between the firm’s San Antonio office and Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she previously served on the Board of Directors, by sponsoring a collaborative workplace mentoring program.

She is actively involved in the firm’s Women in Law Committee and serves as the San Antonio Chair for the Minority Lawyers Network. She was also recently chosen for Leadership San Antonio, a highly competitive leadership program in Texas.

Passionate about pro bono work, she currently serves as San Antonio Chair for the Pro Bono National Committee where she advocate for a diverse range of clients ranging from asylum cases to large corporations facing constitutional challenges.

A longtime San Antonio resident, Vidaurri places a strong emphasis on giving back in the community. She has been an active volunteer and is a member of the Board of Directors for Good Samaritan Community Services which serves as a catalyst for change, supporting youth, individuals and families by providing excellent community services to overcome economic poverty.

The winners of this award will be honored at a ceremony in March.
