Norton Rose Fulbright’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team honored with Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Team Leadership Award

Norton Rose Fulbright’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team has been honored by Profiles in Diversity Journal with the 2024 Team Leadership Award.

This inaugural award celebrates the power of collaboration and the noteworthy achievements of teams from organizations working to advance DEI in the workplace.

The DEI team is led by partner and US Chief of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Katherine Tapley and director Nikki Wright-Smith and includes Brittany Terumoto, Nicole Tarrence and Kennedy Henderson. An integral part of the firm and within the Business Services group, the team works to build a culture of inclusion through best practices, educational opportunities, trainings and more.

The honorees of the Team Leadership Award will be profiled in the magazine's upcoming fourth quarter issue in December.

Published since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to the recognition of individuals and organizations supporting DEI in the corporate, government, nonprofit, STEM and higher education sectors.
