Houston Woman Magazine has named Norton Rose Fulbright partner Debra Gatison Hatter (Houston) as one of “Houston's 50 Most Influential Women of 2024.”
The annual list honors Houston-area women who are highly respected in their industry or field. Nominated by readers and selected by publication staff, the honorees are recognized for their knowledge, credibility and the positive influence they have on others.
With more than 30 years of experience, Debra focuses her practice on corporate securities, with deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financings, corporate governance, structuring, compliance, ESG and general business matters. She represents private equity and investment funds, public companies and privately held businesses in the energy, technology, retail, healthcare and industrial services industries.
Honorees were celebrated at an awards ceremony on March 20 and recognized in a special edition of Houston Woman Magazine, now available for purchase and online.
