Corporate team advises Digital Defense in its sale to HelpSystems

Norton Rose Fulbright represented Digital Defense, Inc., a provider of SaaS, risk-based cybersecurity and vulnerability management technology, in its sale to HelpSystems, a cybersecurity and automation software company. Digital Defense’s cloud-native vulnerability scanning engine detects infrastructure security gaps, safeguarding against cyber threats.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s mergers and acquisition team was led by Daryl Lansdale and included Brandon Byrne, Rishika Sengupta, Bryan Wittman, Olivia Roberts and Cassidy Tennyson.
Additional legal support was provided by Todd Schroeder for tax, Alex Clark for employee benefits, Mike Stimson for IP, Sue Ross for data privacy and security and Bob Greenslade for environmental.
The deal team included lawyers from six of Norton Rose Fulbright’s US offices.
KPMG Corporate Finance LLC acted as investment banking advisor to Digital Defense.
