Pension Lawyers Association of South Africa Conference

Desiree Reddy and Andrew Strachan will be attending the Pension Lawyers Association of South Africa Conference, held jointly with IPEBLA in Cape Town with Ntokozo Ngubane and Amina Yuda. Andrew will be presenting on Business rescue or liquidation of company & fund members and Amina will be part of a debate on whether prescription should apply to arrear contributions.
