No appeal against High Court judgment rejecting judicial review of RPI changes

In our September update, we reported on the High Court’s decision to reject a judicial review of the UK Statistics Authority’s decision in 2020 to align the Retail Prices Index with the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs (CPIH) in the calculation of inflation from 2030.
No appeal of this decision has been sought, so the judgment is final.
