Biography
Jamal Uddin Tuhin is a private equity lawyer based in London. He is a distinguished lawyer who brings extensive experience in private equity as well as mergers and acquisitions, private capital, joint ventures and restructurings.
He represents private equity and financial sponsor clients across Europe and the US, guiding them through every phase of international and domestic transactions.
