We advise ENGIE ANZ on Goorambat East Solar Farm in Australia

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised global leader in sustainable energy solutions, ENGIE, on the procurement of the Goorambat East Solar Farm.

The Goorambat East Solar Farm will have a total capacity of 250MW. ENGIE has partnered with Bouygues Construction Australia Pty Ltd and Equans Solar and Storage Australia Pty Ltd to deliver the engineering, procurement and construction, operation and maintenance of the project. Financial close was achieved last week. 

The ENGIE Group is one of the world’s largest independent power producers, and a leader in low-carbon energy and services. 

Norton Rose Fulbright advised ENGIE on all aspects of the procurement documentation for the project, including drafting and negotiating the early works agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Agreement and a range of ancillary documents.
