GAR LIVE: Abu Dhabi 2022

This conference unites the foremost arbitration practitioners from the region to cover key topics and issues facing the arbitration landscape in 2022 and beyond.

Dubai partner and head of Middle East disputes, Paul Stothard, will be on the panel: The UAE Federal Arbitration Act - Now we are three. Three years into the UAE Federal Arbitration Act, this panel will provide a snapshot of developments since the implementation of the law. They will also cover a range of topics including if the law addressed all the concerns practitioners had regarding the UAE as a seat and what remains to be done.
