The Paris Climate Agreement, UN sustainability goals and the Sustainable Finance Strategy of the Federal Government in Germany: The topic "Sustainability" links future issues with entrepreneurial objectives and fundamentally affects the way our world functions. Far-reaching changes are necessary if companies are to take responsibility for sustainable management seriously, including from a legal point of view, in order to secure their corporate success through an integrative strategy in the sense of green governance.
"Transforming change into opportunity." The practical implementation of sustainable corporate management requires an overview and expert knowledge, for example in order to identify climate-related risks at an early stage, to react adequately to regulatory changes and to identify new business opportunities.
