Biography
Jade Porter is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer based in London.
Jade has experience of restructurings acting for debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders in financial restructuring transactions, many of which are cross-border. Jade also advises on enforcement of debt and security and formal restructuring and insolvency processes.
