Biography
Eric Malysa is a partner in our business law team who focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate finance, venture capital, corporate restructuring and negotiation of day-to-day commercial supply and procurement arrangements.
He advises domestic and foreign clients of all sizes, from start-up technology and life sciences companies and family offices to multinational corporations and private equity firms in a wide array of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, education, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries.
