Norton Rose Fulbright ranked among the top one percent of the best performing law firms in Patexia's PTAB 2024 Intelligence Report, with nine US lawyers highly ranked among Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) practitioners.
US Head of Patents Eagle Robinson ranked as the best-performing lawyer overall, out of 5,720 lawyers representing petitioners and/or patent owners at the PTAB.
US Head of IP Disputes Daniel Leventhal ranked as the eleventh best-performing lawyer overall.

The PTAB Intelligence Report covers a broad spectrum of PTAB proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews (IPR), Post-Grant Reviews, Covered Business Method reviews and Derivative proceedings over a five-year period. The report, now in its eighth year, initially launched as the IPR Intelligence Report in 2017.
Patexia, which provides analysis of patent and lawsuit data and analysis of the IP sector, analyzed the performance and activity of law firms and lawyers in all PTAB proceedings, provides rankings for the top firms and lawyers based on objective performance data.
