Norton Rose Fulbright names new head of corporate and M&A for Warsaw

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that partner Agnieszka Braciszewska will lead the corporate and M&A practice of its Warsaw office.
In this role, Agnieszka will succeed Piotr Strawa, the founder and managing partner of the Warsaw office, who held this position since 2000. Piotr will stay with the firm as a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Agnieszka qualified as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in 2013. She has experience advising clients, particularly those from the private equity sector, on asset acquisitions and disposals, restructuring of holding structures and equity transactions on the public market.
Agnieszka is also recognised for her work in insurance law. She advises insurers on the regulatory aspects of their business and is also one of the first warranty and indemnity insurance specialists in Poland. In addition, Agnieszka advises the firm’s clients on data protection issues.
Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also holds two master’s degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics, receiving them in Economics as well as Banking and Finance.
