Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised AXA on the sale of its insurance operations in Singapore (being one of the largest composite insurers in the country) to HSBC Insurance (Asia-Pacific) Holdings Ltd, for a total of cash consideration of USD 529 million.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising on the sale was led by partner Craig Loveless and supported by counsel Shahin Foroughian. Partners Anna Tipping and Dominic Stuttaford, counsel David Olds and Associate Mary McCartin (alongside a number of other lawyers in the team) also supported the transaction.
