Biography
Yosuke Nomura is a Japanese-qualified banking and finance lawyer based in Tokyo.
Yosuke has broad experience advising on cross-border and Japan domestic banking and finance transactions, in particular, asset finance, projects and other general banking matters as well as insolvency and restructuring. He also has a deep understanding of the space and satellite law.
He was on one year secondment to a Japanese ECA from April 2023 to March 2024 and advised on assorted international project financing and other financing transactions.
He is recognised as “Rising Star” for Banking by IFLR 1000 in its 2022 and 2023 edition.
