Jack Zheng is banking and finance lawyer based in London.

He has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, asset based lending and general banking matters.

Jack trained with the firm and qualified in 2023. He has also spent six months on secondment at one of the firm’s major banking clients supporting their leveraged finance and syndications teams.
