Biography

Michael McCourt's practice focuses on cross-border lending and capital markets transactions, principally in Latin America, including structured trade and export finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance and investment grade and high-yield bonds. He has extensive experience advising on debt restructurings and liability management transactions. Michael also advises on derivatives and structured products.
