Turkish Competition Authority publishes 2024 overview of mergers and acquisitions

The Merger and Acquisition Report for 2024 was published by the Competition Authority and accordingly, it was stated that the total number of merger and acquisition transactions examined in 2024 increased by 43 percent compared to the previous year.
