Philipp Fricke is a lawyer focused on tax law in our Frankfurt office.

Philipp advises on all aspects of national and international corporate tax law. His focus is on restructurings, reorganizations, M&A and real estate transactions, as well as tax advice regarding SPAs.

Prior to joining the firm, Philipp worked in the tax team at a leading national firm in Hamburg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, during which time he worked as a legal trainee in our Frankfurt office and for an international law firm in Dubai, UAE.
