Artur Jończyk is a corporate finance lawyer based in Warsaw.
He focuses on providing legal services to Polish and international companies. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, he has worked on M&A, primarily focusing on projects involving the acquisition of blocks of shares, restructuring of holding companies and large corporations.

Advised Abris Capital Partners on the sale of 100% of the shares in DOT2DOT S.A., the largest independent premium packaging producer in Central Europe, to Van Genechten Packaging.
Advised AMC V SCA SICAV RAIF, part of Accession Capital Partners (ACP), on significant mezzanine financing granted to eFaktor S.A., specialist providers of factoring services for SMEs.
Advised PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A., a subsidiary of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, on its acquisition in the renewable energy sector in Poland of three onshore wind farms with total capacity of 84.2 MW – Ścieki, Jóźwin and Radzyń.
