Norton Rose Fulbright advises Polski Fundusz Rozwoju on PLN 128m financing construction of PV farms sponsored by Projekt Solartechnik

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Polski Fundusz Rozwoju (Polish Development Fund) on PLN 128m long-term financing for the construction of 26 PV plants with a total capacity of 43 MW sponsored by Projekt Solartechnik.
The funds will be used to finance or refinance the construction costs of 26 PV plants located in Dolnośląskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubelskie, Łódzkie, Mazowieckie, Opolskie, Pomorskie, Śląskie, Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeships.
Polski Fundusz Rozwoju is a state-controlled group of financial and advisory institutions for entrepreneurs, local governments and individuals investing in the sustainable social and economic development of the country.
Projekt Solartechnik is an international company specialising in large-scale photovoltaic installations, wind farms and green energy sale.
The team was led by counsel Krzysztof Gorzelak and supported by associates Przemysław Piasecki, Oskar Sula and Daniel Książek and lawyer Wiktoria Jadczak (finance aspects of the transaction), as well as senior associate Cezary Zawiślak and lawyer Jakub Chmiel (legal due diligence aspects of the transaction). The entire Norton Rose Fulbright team worked under the supervision of partner Tomasz Rogalski.
