Norton Rose Fulbright advises BBI Development S.A. on successful issue of PLN 44.74 million bond

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised BBI Development S.A. on the successful issuance and allocation of 44,740,000 new bonds, designated as series BBI0227, with a total nominal value of PLN 44.74 million, marking another successful issuance under the issuer's bond issuance program.
BBI Development S.A. is a Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed property developer that combines extensive experience with an innovative approach to property development. Its portfolio includes the most prestigious residential developments in Poland, Złota 44 and Rezydencja Foksal, as well as award-winning mixed-use projects, Centrum Praskie Koneser, Plac Unii and Centrum Marszałkowska. The company is actively involved in CSR initiatives, including co-founding and supporting the Warsaw Uprising Heroes Memorial Foundation.
The Warsaw-based team was led by consultant Piotr Zawiślak and included associate Julia Pycka and lawyer Kacper Wojtacha. The team worked under the supervision of Grzegorz Dyczkowski, who heads the Warsaw office and the firm’s Warsaw banking and finance practice.
