Norton Rose Fulbright advises Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on PLN 350m financing for Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in connection with PLN 350m financing of business activity of Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. 

The Warsaw and Paris offices advised with respect to financing provided to Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. being one of the first leasing companies established in Poland.

The Paris office advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in connection with guarantee issued by Credit Agricole S.A. in favour of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego as security for the repayment of the financing.

The team was led by counsel Jacek Smardzewski and included associate Patryk Gelar. The team worked under the supervision of partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski, who heads the Warsaw office and the firm’s Warsaw banking and finance practice. Partner Alexandre Roth and associate Emilie Jacques provided French law advice.
