Biography
Stephanie is an intellectual property and life sciences lawyer, with particular experience in patent litigation and based in Sydney.
She has acted for clients in numerous multi-jurisdictional patent disputes and has experience before the Australian Patent Office, and in proceedings in the Federal Court, the Full Court of the Federal Court as well as the High Court of Australia.
Stephanie is also experienced in acting for clients in disputes relating to the Australian Consumer Law, trade marks and trade secrets.
In addition, she advises clients, including in the life sciences and healthcare sector, in relation to matters relating to IP, research and development, clinical trials, market authorisation, advertising and other regulatory matters.
