Vanessa Ward is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Sydney.

She regularly acts for companies, funds, investors and Government departments on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters and has a particular interest in the energy, infrastructure and resource sectors.

Vanessa has a wealth of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.  Prior to joining the Sydney office in 2022, she spent several years in our London office advising clients on complex, international deals.
