Jennie Dorsaint is a banking and finance lawyer based in London. She represent lenders, arrangers, investors, administrators, servicers and real estate debt funds in connection with the origination, syndication, securitisation, warehouse financing, restructuring and enforcement of real estate debt and commercial loans throughout Europe and residential mortgages in the UK.

Jennie also acts for funds establishing, acquiring and growing non-bank loan origination business and servicing platforms and acquiring associated residential mortgage loan portfolios.
