Biography
Kasandra-Rose Villeneuve’s practice focuses on cybersecurity and privacy law. She has developed extensive expertise in managing complex cybersecurity incidents across Canada. Ms. Villeneuve stands out for her ability to provide strategic support to her clients in order to limit the impact on their activities and protect their reputation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
With her experience in civil and commercial litigation, Ms. Villeneuve has a unique vision that allows her to anticipate and mitigate the risks of litigation associated with cybersecurity incidents.
Ms. Villeneuve also advises clients on compliance with Canadian federal and provincial privacy and data management laws. She is a member of our global data protection, privacy and cybersecurity group.
Ms. Villeneuve is also interested in consumer law.
