Biography

Cameron Gourlay is a Corporate, M&A and Securities associate located in the New York office. Cameron focuses his practice on US and international clients in connection with complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions. He also advises insurance companies, operating businesses and other corporate entities on strategy, compliance and other corporate governance issues throughout the life cycle of their business. 

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Cameron spent six years in an in-house legal and compliance position with a market-leading provider of global reinsurance and specialty insurance products.
