Biography
Alysha Bennett is an associate in the employment and labour group. She assists senior counsel on a wide range of issues, including employment standards, labour relations, workers' compensation, termination and wrongful dismissal, human rights, privacy and other related areas.
Alysha has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has assisted senior counsel in preparing submissions for the Canada Industrial Relations Board and British Columbia Small Claims Court as well as in preparation for mediations, arbitrations and collective bargaining.
