Rahul Medappa is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, consortium transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work. He advises clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Rahul trained in our London office and spent six months on secondment to the legal team of a global insurance company where he obtained particular experience with corporate governance and internal reorganisations.
