Sarah Kendall is a senior knowledge lawyer in the corporate knowledge team based in London. Her work involves preparing and delivering internal and client training, drafting and maintaining precedent documents and assisting fee-earners with legal queries. Sarah’s main areas of focus are public and private company M&A and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the corporate knowledge team in 2011, Sarah spent a number of years working as a senior associate in the corporate team.
