Niki is a banking and finance lawyer based in Athens. She focuses on corporate debt, shipping finance, leveraged finance and restructurings.

Niki regularly acts for international and domestic financial institutions, funds, governments and corporations advising on both domestic and cross-border project finance, real estate finance, energy projects, bond loans, ship finance, second hand and new built shipping contracts, debt restructurings and work-out arrangements and refinancings.

Niki joined our Athens office in 2008. Prior to joining the practice, she trained and practiced international capital markets with a leading law firm in London focusing on derivatives and structured finance products. Prior to that she worked as a competition case handler for the European Commission (DG Comp) in Brussels, Belgium.
