Biography
Madison has a diverse practice in both federal and state courts, representing clients in complex commercial disputes, fiduciary duty disputes, contract disputes, MDLs and tort litigation. A significant portion of her work involves defending high-exposure lawsuits arising from catastrophic incidents, which often include claims seeking substantial damages for facilities, properties, severe injuries and fatalities.
Madison possesses exceptional advocacy and trial experience for an associate of her stature. She has been a key member of a trial team that secured a full defense verdict in a triple fatality case. She played a crucial role in defending a national chemical production company in complex multiparty litigation following a plant explosion and has vigorously defended multiple wrongful death matters. Her ability to navigate these challenging cases under intense pressure underscores her outstanding legal acumen and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Madison’s major clients include transportation companies, manufacturers, energy companies, healthcare institutions and other large businesses.

She also served as a member of the Friar Society, the Texas Law Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Review of Litigation, and the Texas Journal for Oil, Gas, & Energy Law.
In undergrad, she was a member of Phi Betta Kappa and Alpha Chi Omega.
