About me
I joined the firm 2018 as a Litigation lawyer in the Hamburg office. Since 2022 I am part of the Transform’s Innovation, Design & Technology team with the role of Innovation Lead, Germany.
I advise key clients and Partners on how work is delivered better using technology tools and how to find ways to increase profitability, reduce waste and reimagine the client experience. As an Innovation Manager I am also acting as the interface between partnership and technical implementation. This enables us to offer solutions specifically tailored to the German legal market.
I present to colleagues perspectives on the future of legal services and impart relevant (practical) knowledge on core topics such as legal design, innovation concepts and legal project management as well as existing legal tech applications.
I am motivated by the desire to deliver better for our clients by adopting innovation and technology.

I would almost have become a professional horse rider if my sense of justice had not led me to study law.
Previously
Prior to joining the firm, I worked for another international law firm as a litigation lawyer. In 2019 I became a Transform Ambassador and tried to improve the work in my practice area internally and towards the client through innovation. Therefore, I was nominated for the women of Legal Tech Award in 2020.
