Energy regulatory partner joins Norton Rose Fulbright in The Netherlands

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Marjolein Dieperink has joined as partner in its well-established energy team in Amsterdam.
Marjolein joins Norton Rose Fulbright from AKD Benelux Law Firm, where she was a partner. Her practice is focused on energy projects and she has deep experience in advising both domestic and international clients on local and EU regulatory law as well as environmental law. Marjolein’s clients include energy companies, developers of energy projects, investors, semi-public entities and governments. Marjolein has also advised on complex renewable projects such as solar, wind and heat as well as grids.
In 2022, Marjolein was appointed as endowed professor in the chair ‘Climate Change and Energy Transition’ at the law faculty of VU University Amsterdam.
