Norton Rose Fulbright advises Mycronic in its acquisition of Hprobe

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Mycronic’s Global Technologies division in its acquisition of Hprobe.

Hprobe is an innovative, high-tech company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Grenoble. The company is a leader in the emerging niche market of Magnetoresistive Random Access Memories (MRAM) testing and manufactures equipment for high-speed magnetic testing of MRAMs and magnetic sensors.

The integration to Mycronic, a Swedish company specializing in precision production equipment for the electronics industry, will allow Hprobe to accelerate its technology and product roadmaps to meet growing demand for wafer testing of advanced MRAM and next-generation TMR sensors.

Hprobe will operate as a new business line within Mycronic’s Global Technologies division.

The Paris-based Norton Rose Fulbright team advising Mycronic’s Global Technologies division on this operation was led by corporate M&A partner Karine Montagut, together with counsel Marie-Adélaïde de Fleurieu and with assistance from consultant Marilou Falomi.
